These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and cgk22 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") governing your use of the cgk22 website and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the cgk22 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

1 Definitions

"Platform" means the cgk22 website available at cgk22.io and all related services, applications, and content made available through that domain.

"Player Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing the services offered by cgk22.

"Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding bonus funds until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cgk22 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise associated accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify cgk22 support of any material changes promptly.

cgk22 reserves the right to refuse registration, close accounts, or withhold withdrawals where it has reasonable grounds to believe that registration information is false, incomplete, or provided with intent to deceive. All registered accounts are subject to identity verification under cgk22's KYC policy prior to the processing of any withdrawal.

Players registering from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, or any other location in Bangladesh are subject to the same registration and verification requirements as all other players on the platform.

4 Account Security

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cgk22 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. cgk22 will never ask for your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone support.

All activity conducted through a player account — whether or not authorised by the account holder — is deemed to be the responsibility of the registered account holder. cgk22 will not reverse losses or refund deposits made through an account that a player claims was accessed without their authorisation, except where cgk22 determines in its sole discretion that a demonstrable breach of platform security attributable to cgk22 was the direct cause.

Players are strongly advised to use a unique, complex password for their cgk22 account and to enable two-factor authentication where available. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to cgk22 support immediately at [email protected].

5 Deposits

cgk22 accepts deposits through the approved payment channels listed in the platform's banking section, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. cgk22 does not charge a deposit fee, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited to a cgk22 account must originate from a payment source registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player will be declined and returned where technically possible. cgk22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a payment source belongs to the registered account holder.

Deposits are credited to the player's Real Money Balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the case of technical delays beyond cgk22's control, players should contact support with their transaction reference number. cgk22 does not accept liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the player's own name and previously used to make a deposit on the platform, except where cgk22 expressly approves an alternative arrangement in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed the full verification process will not be able to process withdrawals. cgk22 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.

cgk22 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where:

• The player's account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• The player has an outstanding KYC documentation request that has not been fulfilled within the specified timeframe.
• The withdrawal request exceeds defined transaction limits and is pending enhanced due diligence review.
• The player's account reflects wagering patterns consistent with bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.

cgk22 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider in connection with receiving funds.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by cgk22 are subject to individual terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of a conflict between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional communication explicitly states otherwise.

Bonus funds are credited to a player's Bonus Balance and must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Until the Wagering Requirement is satisfied, bonus-derived funds are not withdrawable.

The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating play with other players to exploit bonus structures through low-risk or risk-free wagering strategies.
• Deliberately manipulating wagering patterns to meet requirements without genuine engagement with the relevant games.

cgk22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for future promotions at its sole discretion and without prior notice where abuse is suspected.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the cgk22 platform operate in accordance with the rules defined by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game provider rules are accessible within the game interface.

All game outcomes are produced by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and are not influenced by cgk22 or any third party after a wager has been placed. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is final and binding.

9 Prohibited Conduct

11 Intellectual Property

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of cgk22.

12 Limitation of Liability

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
